| Jesus teaches in the midst of people who hate Him, who are rejecting Him and want to kill Him. Yet they are
listening. What is it that causes these people then and people today to reject Jesus and His word? Do they know that He is the true embodiment of the Word of God? He is the
embodiment of God’s Law. Throughout time God commands His people to glorify Him by honoring and obeying His word and His law. They never change. But then and now, Jesus
stands and teaches that He is our truth, He is the Way to the Father, He is our Savior! What more could lost and spiritually dead people want and need? |
