The Apostle Paul wrote the
book of Romans to the people of Rome in his ministry to
build the Church of Rome. Paul helps
us to realize the great work that is required to build
the Church of Jesus Christ. The work has not changed as
the building of
God’s Church continues today. Then as now the coming
together of the Church requires communication,
conversation and the
coming together of people from many cultures. The goal
and the focus of the Church in Christ must be that all
of the believers
regardless of culture and background must be of one
heart and one belief in Jesus Christ. This means that we
are firmly
believers and we are firmly centered in Jesus Christ to
be all that He wants us to be. God gives us no other
option. We are
required to live this belief and to be living examples
of Christ for all others to see. We must provide the
path for others to come
to Christ. They will see His peace, His love, His power
in the lives of those who live their belief in Christ.
