1 John 5:13-16 |
Ephesians 6:18-20 |
Our prayer life is essential
for us to fight the good fight in the Lord. However, so
many believers are ineffective in their
prayer life because we have doubt. Satan, our enemy,
wants us to have doubt, because then he will win. His
strategies and
attacks against us focus on making us doubt God.
Christians must be confident in who they are and know
that our relationship
with God is secure. With this confidence we can approach
Him with confidence and boldness, seeking His will for
us in
everything. Prayer is so critical to the work that God
has for us to do. God’s word tells us that we can even
pray others out
of sin. The Apostle Paul sought the prayers of believers
to keep him on course in his ministry. Through prayer we
can fearlessly
speak God’s words into the lives of so many people.
Through prayer we know the freedom that only Christ
provides to us.
What can possibly interfere with your prayers to God?
–Only you.
