If you are a believer in Jesus
Christ, then you are a child of the living God. That
means that you must do what God calls
you to do. You must not bend, you are called to stand
for God. That means that you must do what God calls you
to do. You
must not bend, you are called to stand for God. To bend
means that you will fall.
The northern ten tribes of Israel forgot who they were
and what God called them to be. They were to stand for
God and His
commandments. Instead, they bent to the world
and false gods. They provoked God’s wrath on themselves.
All of their shame
and their evil, God returns to them.
This
reminds us that whatever we sow, God makes sure that we
reap. What will you reap?
