During Jesus’s earthly ministry, many people followed Him physically. They could see His powers and His abilities to health the sick,
cast out demons, and to powerfully proclaim God’s word. They could even see this in the powers that He gave to His disciples. So many of these people followed Jesus and wanted the powers and gifts
that only He can give. However, when it came to them accepting Jesus as the Son of God, and submitting to His will and His way, they reject Him. Where are you in accepting Jesus as your personal Lord and
Savior, the true Son of God? It is only through Jesus that we have access to our Father, God and all the blessings, knowledge, wisdom that only He provides. It is only through Him that we are saved.
Many people want God’s gifts and benefits without first seeking a saving relationship with Him. That can never happen! Jesus is the only way to our Good Father!
