God does so much for us. Yet we
are only seeing the tip of the iceberg in what He has
done and will do for us through His
love, if we are faithful and thankful to Him! But it
seems that it is so hard for some of us to remain
faithful, thankful and obedient
to God. Instead many of us, like the 10 northern tribes
of Israel turn our backs on God and chose to leave what
He has for us.
So many seek to be what the world wants us to be, going
after the world’s false gods and material things. How do
we expect
God to respond to this betrayal? His wrath and His
dealings with His chosen people Israel provide us with a
vivid lesson. Let us
stop making excuses, being stubborn and disrespectful to
God. Repent and turn to Him while there is yet time.
