God dealt harshly with northern Israel, punishing them
for their unfaithfulness and their iniquities. But God
is faithful in His
love and forgiveness toward all of mankind. He offered
them restoration. He offers the same to us today. All
that He requires
of us is our repentance, submission to Him and our love
toward Him. And then what does He do? He restores us to
Himself.
God restores us from the lives of iniquities that we
choose for ourselves. Only God can offer and fulfill our
hope; no man can do
that for us. He is truly Our Loving Father. |
