Christians are God’s royal
priesthood. What does this mean for the body of Christ,
the Church? We must get intimately
involved in the work of the Church, God’s work. The
Church is like a hospital where many come to be healed
and to be saved
from the sin and the ugliness of the world. Every
Christian as a member of this hospital, must be
intimately involved in the
healing and saving work that gives life and health to
all in the Body and all who will be members of the Body
of Christ. How
are
we able to accomplish this great work? We are the royal
priesthood of the Almighty God. He is our root, He is
our Source
in all
that we do and in all that we are. |
