Jonah did not understand why God would want to save
the people of Nineveh (Assyrian People). When God
commanded
Jonah to "Arise and go to Nineveh" he ran. Jonah was not
in sync with God's Heart. We as Christians are also
guilty of not
being in sync, and when God calls we run. We need to
open our hearts and become the children God had
intended. To improve
our relationship with God, we need to understand who he
is and how he wants us to grow. Running away never works
especially
from God. Where can we run that God is not already
there. God knows our heart and we need to know His, and
then we can understand our true loving Father.
Are you in sync with God? Do you accept that God is in
complete control of your life? No matter what situations
in life you are facing, Do you trust God to deal with
them, in His own time, and His own way? Stop
running from and run with Him!
