Some women are called to the work of motherhood,
even if they have never given birth to children. God
will use these
women to save and nurture individuals and even nations.
This is the story of Queen Esther. While Esther did not
have children,
she yielded to the will of God. She courageously allowed
God to use her to save the nation of Israel. For
generations the Jews
celebrate her courageous and selfless actions that saved
her people. Daily the godly women who are called to
motherhood
perform courageous and selfless acts to meet the needs
of those who God places in their care.
