| Jesus is teaching us to depend on God for everything, leaning on the Holy Spirit in everything that comes before us.
He will lead us in every circumstance and every decision that we are required to make in life. All of us are confronted by life circumstances occurring in this world. In everyone
of these circumstances we must make the decision to focus on the guidance and actions of the Holy Spirit or to focus on the circumstances and actions of the world and those who are
lost to sin. The decisions are clear, if we yield to the Holy Spirit. God is always telling us not to fret over evil doers and their works. We must keep our focus on our Lord and
the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Only in doing this will we fully experience God’s love and promises, beyond anything that the world can ever offer to us. |
