| How many of us read the bible as a book of history? How many of us only see Jesus as a historical figure of interest?
If you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, there is no way that you can have these perspectives and wrong ideas and attitudes, for we know that God is real and that He speaks
to us directly and through His Son, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. We know that when we read and study His word and the words of His Son, Jesus, He speaks to us and is teaching us directly
as God. Just as Jesus gave clear directions to His disciples, they had to learn that He meant just what He says. We are His disciples. We must know that Jesus speaks to us and means exactly
what He says. God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are always speaking and directing us for His purpose and our good. God requires us to do exactly what He says directly and in His Word. |
