Christians submit totally to
God in all things. Then how do Christians experience
independence and liberty? God’s word
assures us that in Jesus Christ we do indeed have
independence and liberty. In Christ our souls are
totally free from sin,
enabling us to experience God’s love, peace and joy. God
reminds us that when He created the earth, He created us
in His
image and has given us dominion over everything He
created. God wants us to be free in Him to enjoy and
fully experience
His creation. In all of this freedom and liberty, He
also makes sure that we are safe. Through the following
of His word and
His will our souls we are kept safe on His narrow path
through His narrow gate. God teaches us how to beware of
false
prophets and false teachers who want to take our freedom
in Christ away from us. God also teaches us how to
proclaim our
liberty to others and show them the way out of darkness
to His wonderful Light and liberty.
