As we who are believers in Jesus
Christ, submit ourselves to Him as living sacrifices, we
have certain responsibilities. We
must know through faith that God is in control of all
things. Because of who we are in Christ we can expect
turmoil and
chaos as we grow in Christ, but we can be sure that God
has control of all that happens. If we are His living
sacrifices
and holy unto Him, He will grow us, He will perfect us
in Him, He will justify us and He will glorify us in
Christ. We are called
to be sober and not to think too highly of ourselves. As
we move forward in faith, in our service and growth in
Him, we must
always test the Spirit to know that all that we do and who we interact
with are according to God’s plan and purposes. In the
Lord, we as the Church and we as members of the Church,
will always stand victorious in the midst of the world’s
chaos.
