There is an
assumption that all believers in Christ are obedient and seeking
God’s presence. During Hosea’s time, God’s people greatly
angered Him. They sought God to be blessed by Him, but they were
not willing to be obedient to Him. They wanted God’s blessings
and His presence, but they wanted to do their own thing.
God said that He would withdraw His presence from them. Are you
seeking God for your own selfish and evil purposes? Has God’s
presence been withdrawn from you? Repent. |
