The book of I Thessalonians
reminds all followers of Christ how important it is that
members in the Body of Christ care
about each other and share with each other. In doing so
we can help each other grow and develop in Christ. The
Apostle Paul
earnestly expressed his concerns for others in the Body
of Christ. He wanted them to be prepared for the attacks
of Satan and
his agents so that the believers woud be victorious. As
Christians, we have to share our testimonies to help
others know how
to live and celebrate the lives that God has given to us
in Christ. We must be ready to help each other deal with
the trials and
temptations that are sure to come. As followers of
Christ, we cannot live lives on “cruise control.” We
must be vigilant and
diligent if we are to avoid and survive attacks from our
enemies, the enemies of God. The Holy Spirit dwells in
us and is active
in helping us to avoid deception and attacks of the
enemies and helping us to help each other.
