Jesus reminded us that while He walked this earth during His earthly ministry, He made it possible for this sinful and evil generation
to be saved if it repented and turned to worship God in truth and holiness. Instead, many at that time did not heed Him, they rejected Him, His Father, and the Holy Spirit. These evil people refused
the blessed and eternal life that He offered them, they refused to listen to Jesus. Many who lived these sinful lives, were actually ashamed of Jesus, even some of His disciples. As these sinful circumstances
were at that time, so they are today.
Jesus tells His disciples that we must celebrate God, stand for Goodness and His righteousness, and reflecting this in
every place that Jesus sends us. Many today will reject Jesus, even some of His disciples. Jesus tells us, His disciples, that if we are ashamed of Him and do not stand for Him, then He will be ashamed of us.
Allow God to reign in you so that you are aligned with Him in heaven and in earth, so that He will not be ashamed of you when His kingdom comes. |
