Do you really believe in God? Do you really know that
you are in Christ? Then why do you get fearful? Like the
Israelites
who were afraid of the taunts of the giant Philistine,
Goliath, believers sometimes become fearful because the
forget who
God is and what He has done and can do for us. The whole
army of Israel was afraid, even though they had beaten
this enemy
before. There was one person that had no fear of the
enemy, David. David, a youth, had a relationship with
God. David knew
what God could do. He was confident of what God would do
with him and through him.
Are you afraid of things, people or circumstances? Then
you must grow in your relationship with God. Be
confident in what
God is willing to do for you and through you. God knows
your enemies and their weapons.
He is in control of every circumstance. Don’t forget
this?
