| The book of James teaches all members of the Body of Christ how important our words and actions are. Our words
and actions can build each other up in the Church or our words and actions can destroy those in Church. God gives us so many examples of how the words of His people have built
and supported the growth of His family. He also gives us many examples of how the words and actions of His people have resulted in so much destruction that brought His condemnation
on His people. Jesus warns the Body of Christ to beware of those who come into the Church in “sheep’s clothing,” but inwardly they are ravening wolves, seeking
to destroy His people and His Church. Let us hear His words and guard the Body by examining the fruit as well as the words of those in the Church. |
