| We, who are Christians, have been given the power from our Lord Jesus Christ to heal the sick, raise the dead and to
defeat demons. We are to use these powers as God directs us. Many Christians do not understand this power, because they do not know scripture and have not been taught by our elders,
pastors and teachers in Jesus Christ. This is a serious problem for the Body of Christ, because many of us are not fulfilling our calling in Jesus Christ. We do not even know that
we have the power of Jesus Christ to fulfill His call for us in this world. So, what happens when we are told to call the elders when we are sick or suffering in the Body of Christ?
Who should be able to answer such a call? The answer is all of us who are mature in our faith and our walk in Jesus Christ. That should be all of us in Christ. Those who are mature
in their Christian walk, the elders, should be busy teaching those who are new in the Body of Christ to accept and apply these God-given powers.
