| Jesus continues to teach His disciples about the power that He, the Father and the Holy Spirit has bestowed upon the disciples. When Jesus
first called His disciples, He gave them certain powers to heal the sick, to raise the dead, to cast out demons and to preach the gospel of the kingdom of God. He now gives all His disciples the power to
know right from wrong in the authority of Jesus Christ and in line with what the Father wants. We who are true disciples of Jesus Christ and gather in His name, do share in His character. We must do right
and make right judgements in accordance with God’s will. |
