As we approach the
celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, we are
joyfully reminded that the Prophet Isaiah brings
God’s great proclamation to the whole world then and
today. Our glorious and amazing God gives us wonderful
news that He
is giving to us His only begotten Son to save us and
bring to us His glorious plan for salvation and eternal
life. God in the
Trinity, from the beginning of the world, has purposed
our creation in God’s image and God planned that we
would all be with
Him forever. But humankind, through sin went astray and
lost our way. But God has not given up with us. He has
given to us
a perfect Savior, a mighty Warrior to save us and a
Prince of Peace, Who brings us safety, prosperity and
peace. Jesus is truly
so much more than wonderful! |
