As we study God’s prophecies
and the events leading to the birth of our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ upon the earth,
we marvel at the great acts of faith by ordinary people
like us. Or are they like us? If we were in the place of
Mary and Joseph,
would we respond with the same faith that they had?
Would we be obedient to God’s directions through His
angel, Gabriel?
Would we allow ourselves to be used as they were, to
glorify the Father and His Son? Today, through our faith
and actions,
do we respond to God’s call and directions in our lives?
Through faith, do we allow ourselves to be used to
fulfill His perfect will
and to glorify our Father and His Son?
